7 Days Replacement Guarantee

All products, sold by Kundan can be returned within 7 days from receipt of the item(s). Let us know of any damages or defects within 7 days of the delivery and we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

• We have shipped a wrong product.
• There is a manufacturing defect.
• Goods are damaged in transit.

All you need to do is to inform us within 7days of receiving the parcel by writing in to us at  and sending us the image of the concerned product. You will get instructions from us for the return of the product.

Conditions for return:

• All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same condition as delivered by the Company.
• Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

All requests for return of product have to be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after 7 days from receipt of item(s).
